Is it important to have a position to be a leader? Are good leaders supposed to be head strong? What is leadership about?? Is it just to enjoy the perks of being a leader?? What's so good about have a title of a leader?? HA...

I saw this on my friend's FB and felt it was kinda true.. haha
It is always assumed that the kind of fish caught is usually determined by the fisherman. But i really agree that it's the fish that decides what bait to nibble on.
Guys are just like fishermen, Girls are the fishes... and it is not the guy that chooses what the kind of girl to win over, but it is the girl who decides whether the guy has the right qualities to attract them to the "bait"

Process Of Waiting

Waiting can sometimes be a torturing process
But going through it for her seemed to be blissful thing
Every second, minute, moment seemed to be tearing my heart
But seemed to enlarge my heart to continue the process
My mind is so occupied with thoughts of her
Those thoughts has made me so distracted, unable to focus on my tasks
But thinking of her creates a longing to hear her voice, to see her face
But afraid of "disturbing" her,
I can only hold on to those longing to pick up the phone and dial her number
I can only bear this "pain" on my own
But ultimately it is worth going through the process of waiting
For her.

I feel so tired now...
The movie "UP" is really good. The storyline is just fantastic. The old man is really sweet, really loves his wife a lot... And there are really really funny scenes!!!
